FaceRehab: Designing an AI-Powered Facial Rehabilitation Tool

As the front-end designer on FaceRehab, I translated a clinical need — replacing subjective facial rehab assessments with objective, computer vision–based symmetry tracking — into an interface built for two very different users: patients with Cerebral Palsy needing simple, low-friction feedback mid-exercise, and clinicians needing dense, comparative progress data. I used AI tools throughout the design process to quickly iterate through directions that let me hand off designs to our development team with minimal ambiguity, keeping a summer research sprint moving at pace.
